Fleets can Earn Rewards on Ford, Motorcraft, and Omnicraft parts purchases based on purchase growth over the prior year. Use your FIN code to enroll today.

Purchase parts and service⁠1 at Galpin Ford Pro to earn rewards – the more you purchase, the more you earn.⁠2

Allow up to one week for parts purchases to be reflected in your dashboard.

Our Powertrain offer is exclusive to enrolled fleet customers and provided at the point of sale.

Additionally, enrolled members are eligible to receive unlimited private offers during the program period. Contact Galpin for more details.

Once you’re signed in, check your dashboard to see how you’re performing against your program period targets, and how much you’ll need to purchase in parts to hit your next target and earn an incentive.⁠3

When the six-month program period ends, fleets can claim their earnings, provided you’ve hit your target. Once your purchase data is certified, choose from the following payout options:

Then comes the good part – you get to spend the rewards you’ve earned via your selected payment method.

Ford Pro Parts Loyalty Rewards Credits:

  • Available immediately after claiming.
  • Use at your preferred Dealer/FAD on Ford, Motorcraft, and Omnicraft parts.
  • Dealers will issue an off-invoice discount up to the amount of your earnings.


Ford Fleet Care⁠4:

  • Receive funds in the amount of your earnings to pay down your billing account.

  • Ford Fleet Care⁠4 will be sent funds in the amount of your earnings to pay down your billing account.

1) Ford Pro Parts Loyalty Rewards is a parts-only incentive program. Earnback applies only to the purchase of eligible parts and/or when those eligible parts are included in a purchased service within the established guidelines of the program.
 
2) Parts must be purchased from a Ford or Lincoln dealership, Quick Lane Tire and Auto Centers, or a Ford Authorized Distributor.
 
3) There is a 1st half and 2nd Half program where baseline targets are based on parts purchases made during the previous year’s same time period.
 
4) Fleets must have a Ford Fleet Care Account to be eligible for this payout option.
